“Roses” from apples to the dough

● packet (500 g) unleavened dough
● 2 red apples,
● powdered sugar to taste,
● 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar,
● vegetable oil for greasing the pan


1.Test released from packaging and thawed. Apples are washed, cut into quarters, cut out the core and cut into slices the thickness of a few millimeters.
Boil 1 cup of water with 3 tablespoons of sugar. They put the apples in boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes, then drained the water, allowed to dry apple slices.

2.Testo unrolled in lengths of 30 cm. Cut with a sharp knife with a ruler into strips 3 cm wide. Each strip laid 4-5 apple slices so that they were about 1/3 of the edge of the dough. Put them slightly overlapped, and at the end of the strip was allowed some free test without apples, that was for what to connect “rose”, that it does not unfold.
Carefully wrapped in pastry with apples straw. The lower edges of the dough tucked inward, forming the basis of “roses”, trying to smooth it was.

3.Postavili “roses” on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180-200 ° C for about half an hour.
Ready “roses” cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Of the two test packages we’ve got 28 “roses”.
