Rolls with salmon in pita bread


Salmon — 200 g
Cream Cheese — 250 g
Dill — 1 bunch
Green onions — 1 bunch
Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
Armenian lavash — 1 pc.


1. Finely chop green onions and dill.
2. Cream cheese  to shift into a bowl and mix with the onion, dill and lemon juice.
3. salmon (salted fish should be) cut into thin layers.
4. Roll out a layer of lavash, lubricate it obtain a paste of the cheese, and top with a dense layer of sliced ​​salmon. All wrapped in a roll and cut into pieces a la carte. The dish can be served to the table.
