Ingredients:
1 large clove garlic, crushed with a knife and clean
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp Thai green curry paste
2 tbsp svezhevyzhatogogo lime juice
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1/3 cup mayonnaise
4 cups of vegetables, cut into strips (cabbage, carrots, etc. To choose from)
250 grams of the finished roast beef or cold roast chicken, cut into strips in 1-2cm

1. Prepare the sauce. In a mortar crush the garlic along with the brown sugar and curry paste until a smooth paste. Add lime juice, fish sauce and 3 tablespoons water. Add half the coriander and mint and mix.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon sauce.

2. In a large bowl, mix vegetables, roast beef and remaining coriander and mint.

3. In the broad deep bowl pour hot water. For a few moments to soak 1 sheet of rice paper. Once the paper is soft, remove it on a clean towel. Spread 1 tsp mayonnaise in the lower third of the circle. Top with about 3 tablespoons toppings. Bend the edges and roll twist. Repeat the procedure with the remaining products.

4. Before serving, cut each roll in half and serve with sauce.
