Rolls baked peppers with cream cheese


— Bulgarian paprika — 1 piece
— Bulgarian yellow pepper — 1 pc
— Curd cheese — 80 g
— Cheese durum — 80 g
— Garlic — 1 clove
— Green onions — 2-3 pen
— Ground black pepper to taste
— Salt


1. Peppers put on the grill, bake in the oven at 200 grams. about 20 min. Put the peppers in a plastic bag for 10 minutes (wrapped package). Pull out of the package, remove the peel, remove core, cut into strips width of 2.5-3 cm.
2. The cheese cut into cubes, throw in a blender, add the garlic, chop until smooth.
3. In a bowl, mix the garlic and curd, curd cream cheese, finely chopped onions. All salt and pepper, mix well.
4. On each strip to put pepper 1 tsp. Filling.
