-50 g of fresh spinach

1.Heat oven to 175 degrees. Put the spinach in a pan and pour a little water, cover and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes in boiling water, drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water. Squeeze the spinach dry.

2.Spinach with basil leaves, egg yolks, salt and pepper, whisk until smooth in a blender.
