Roll of cottage cheese dough

butter 100g
200 g flour
200 g of the curd
cane sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Apples 2-3 units.
50-100 g raisins
baking powder 1 h. l.
egg yolk 1 pc.
pinch of salt
lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.

Prepare the dough cottage cheese. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Wrap in foil and the dough is put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling. Apples are cleaned and cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice, add pre-washed and obsushenny raisins, sugar. Optionally you can add cinnamon.

Divide dough into 2 parts, each roll into a thin layer, spread the stuffing and roll roll.

Coat with egg yolk and bake in preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Remove the rolls, cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
