Roll cottage cheese and smoked salmon


– Cottage cheese – 250 g
– Curd cheese – 150 g
– Gelatine – 10 g
– Hell – 2 tbsp
– Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
– Lemon peel – 1 tsp
– Cream – 150 g
– Smoked Salmon (thin slices) – 400g
– Celery – 1 stalk
– Chopped dill – 1 tbsp
– Salt and pepper – to taste


1. Soak gelatin in cold water.
2. Curd cheese combine with cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
3. dissolve gelatin in a saucepan over low heat, mix with two Art. tablespoons cheese and curd mass and to mix with the bulk of the curd and cheese. Enter whipped cream.
