Roast pork in mustard.

The recipe is so simple and so tasty the meat is obtained, that I even regret that I did not recognize him before!

– Pork (like it was a loin; 500 g);
– Garlic (4-5 cloves);
– Mustard (2 tbsp. Tablespoons);
– Salt,
– pepper.

1. The meat a little wash and wipe dry with a towel. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Put the garlic in different places. Sliding mustard and leave for several hours in a cool place.
3. Wrap the foil tightly, so as not to release the juice. Put into a mold and place in oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour.
4. At the end of the hour (or thereabouts), open the foil, and to add heat to leave the meat in the oven for another 10 minutes, so we obtain a delicious crust.
5. Cut and serve.
