Roast beef with basil pesto and sun-dried tomatoes.

– A piece of beef tenderloin, 1 kg,
For the pesto:
– A small bunch of basil,
– 2-3 pieces dried tomatoes,
– 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese,
– 2 tbsp pine nuts,
– 1 s. garlic,
– salt pepper,
– olive oil,
– Lettuce supply.

Prepare the pesto: In a blender bowl whisk all ingredients until smooth, but not to a paste.
