Red velvet cake.


Sugar – 3/4 cup
Flour for baking – 2.5 cups
Salt – 1.25 teaspoon
Eggs – 2 pcs
Buttermilk – 1 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder – 1.5 tsp
Vinegar – 1.5 tsp
Food coloring – 30-50 g


Sift the flour and salt
In a separate bowl, combine the buttermilk with the eggs and add the vanilla and baking soda
All the mix and add a little vinegar
In a separate bowl pour food coloring, add coloring and cocoa and mix well
In a separate bowl, beat the butter and mix the butter with the flour
Add the buttermilk with eggs and whisk well
Then add the dye to the cocoa and mix well
Put the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
Cover the resulting cake frosting and garnish with raspberries on top (or other taste)
Cut into individual cakes and desserts are prepared.
