Red peppers with couscous.

Ingredients:
Red pepper 2 pcs.
Tutu couscous to taste
Lemon few slices peeled to taste
Feta cheese 75 gr.
Small bunch cilantro to taste
Juice of 1 orange taste
Olive oil to taste

Preparation:
Peppers cut in half and remove seeds.
Rub them with olive oil and fry until soft. If you want them to be peeled, then fry until it exfoliates.
Couscous pour boiling salted water, cover and leave to swell for 5 minutes.
The swollen couscous add chopped feta cheese, chopped cilantro, orange juice and small pieces of lemon and season to taste.
Fill the peppers a couple tablespoons of this mixture, sprinkle with oil and serve.
