Recipe: Panna cotta.

Panna cotta is definitely one of the most popular desserts, which is appreciated not only in Italy but also abroad for simplicity and delicate flavor. Homeland of this dish is considered to Piedmont.

-3 gelatin sheets
-500 ml of liquid cream
-vanilla 1 stick
-150g caster sugar

Cooking process:

Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the vanilla, powdered sugar and heat over low heat but do not boil. Lightly squeeze the gelatine sheets, dipped in cream and stir until completely dissolved.

Prepare forms for Panna Cotta. Pour the mixture on the forms, strain through a sieve. Refrigerate for 5 hours. Then, before being lowered every shape in the boiling water and invert onto a plate. Serve with caramel, liquid chocolate or fruit.
