500-600 ml of water (or milk) is added to 100 grams, previously divided into small pieces, bitter chocolate. Cup with chocolate dipped in hot water until the moment when it begins to melt. Then we put it on a small fire and tormented until complete dissolution of chocolate pieces.

Once the mass is smooth, add a little more (about 200 ml) of water (or milk) and all content, with constant stirring, brought to a boil. Now, at the very low heat for another 10 minutes hold and ready – delicious hot chocolate is ready to be shipped on the table!

It is only necessary after removing from heat, stir it well. Sugar is added to taste.
