Raspberry WAFERS

Raspberry Waffles 2

150 g whole wheat
• 100 grams of white flour
• 1 h. L. baking powder
• 300 ml milk
• 150 grams of sour cream
• 120 grams of melted butter
• 3 eggs
• 2 tbsp. l. sugar
• 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen).

Cooking method:
1.Proseyte flour, baking powder and sugar. Set aside.

2.Smeshayte milk and sour cream. Add the eggs and whisk whisk to combine.

Pour the butter and stir again carefully.

3. Enter the dry ingredients to liquid. Add the raspberries (if you use frozen, then traced to decant excess water).

4.Nagreyte waffle iron and bake waffles according to manufacturer’s instructions.
