QUICK SIMPLE cheesecake with cherry and blackberry

Sweet and juicy cherry pie from cottage cheese dough. Before adding to the batter berries should roll in starch: it will connect berry juice during cooking fruit remain intact. Light dessert with berries and cottage cheese – an unconditional hit of the season, and more – a great way to feed a fussy little cottage cheese, who refuse to have this product in pure form.

Powdered sugar 225 g
Wheat flour 250g
1.5 tsp baking powder
Vanilla sugar 2 packs.
Refined Sunflower Oil 95 ml
Egg chicken 2 pieces.
300ml milk
Low-fat cottage cheese 400g
Cherry 150g
Blackberries 150g

1. Preheat oven to 180 °. For the dough 1 egg whisk with a fork. Sift flour with baking powder, add 125 grams of powdered sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, beaten egg, vegetable oil, 125 ml of milk and stir well. Pour batter into a greased and floured rectangular baking.
2. Berries wash, dry, remove the stalk. For the filling grind the cheese with the remaining powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the egg, pour the remaining milk.
3. Curd put on the dough, flatten, sprinkle berries and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until zolotitogo color.
4. Ready pie remove from oven and let cool. Cut portioned slices, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
