Quick Paste

If you do not have time to cook, and sandwiches and scrambled eggs already tired, this ingenious recipe for pasta – something that is necessary.


Spaghetti – 350 g
Cherry tomatoes – 350 g
Bulb – 1 pc.
Garlic – 4 cloves
Dried paprika – 0.5 hours. L.
Fresh basil – 2 sprigs
Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.
Water – 4 tbsp.
A little grated parmesan
Salt pepper


1. Tomatoes cut in half, onion and garlic and chop finely. At the break of basil leaves, chop the stems.
In a deep frying pan put spaghetti, tomatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, basil. Pour the olive oil, add 2 h. Liter. salt, pepper, and a little all water.

2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil, stirring often, until the paste is cooked to the state of al dente. It takes about 9 minutes.
3. At the end of cooking to season the dish with salt and pepper to taste, put on a plate and garnish with basil leaves. Serve, sprinkled with Parmesan and sprinkled with olive oil.
