Quick lemon pudding



for 2 servings:

1.5 tablespoons melted butter
50g sugar
juice of half a lemon + zest (you can take less)
1 egg (separate the whites and yolk)
2 tbsp flour (no slides)
Article 1/3 of the milk


For a start, beat the butter, sugar and zest. Further, lemon juice, egg yolk, flour, milk (stir after the addition of each of these ingredients). Protein whisk until hard peaks and gently interfere with it in the first mixture until smooth.
