Low-fat cottage cheese 450g
100g butter
2 eggs
400g flour
salt 1 tsp
3 tsp baking powder
3 tsp sugar
5 tablespoons low-fat cream
sesame seeds

Cooking method: 

Mix in a bowl of cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and salt. Melt butter, cool it to be warm and add to the bowl of cottage cheese, egg salt and sugar. Add to the flour and baking powder sifted. Add the flour mixture to the cottage cheese and knead the dough. The dough will be soft to the touch, but slightly stick to hands. Cover with towel and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Preheat oven to 180 gr. The dough is divided in 2 parts. Each part is subdivided into 10 parts and that will turn 20. On a lightly floured board form part of each round buns. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper between the rolls leaving a small distance. Brush each bun lubricate the cream and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let stand for 5 more minutes. After you put the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. I made a half rolls round. A half-way: from every part of the test harnesses rolled up his hands and tied them in a knot.
