Quesadilla with chicken and bacon.

Ingredients 4 servings
Chicken breast fillet 1 piece
Bacon 50 g
½ onion head
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Chili 1 piece
Monterey Jack Cheese 150g
Cilantro (coriander) to taste
Sour cream to taste
Guacamole taste
Pico de gallo to taste
Wheat tortillas 4 pieces
Iceberg lettuce ½ pieces


1. Boil the chicken breast until cooked, cool, cut into small pieces.
2. Fry the chopped bacon. Finely chop the onion, tomato and pepper, add the cilantro.
3. Stir in the chicken, bacon and vegetables.
4. Put the mixture on the cake in a frying pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with a second tortilla. Cut into 4 pieces.
5. Serve with pico de gallo, guacamole, iceberg lettuce, cut into strips, and sour cream.
