Cooking method:

1. Boil, and then rub the potatoes 10.
2. Add 3-4 tablespoons of melted butter, 3 egg yolks, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add 3 well-beaten egg whites and mix well.
4. From this mass to make dumplings (like balls), roll them in flour and cook in boiling water or broth (prepared meatballs should float to the surface).
5. Serve with pickled tomatoes, pickled mushrooms or sauce or sour milk.

Cooking milk sauce:
1. 1.5 cups milk 1 tablespoon of flour 1 tablespoon tablespoon butter, salt
2. It should be lightly fried in butter, flour.
3. Stir the hot milk.
4. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat, season with salt to taste and strain.

Preparation of the cream sauce:

1.the flour, dilute it with hot water or broth, add sour cream.
2. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, remove from heat.
3. Salt to taste, strain, add butter and mix well.
