Pumpkin slices baked with garlic and herbs

Pumpkin, cut into slices 300 gr.
Garlic head 1 pcs.
Salt, pepper and olive oil to taste
A mixture of Provencal herbs (basil, oregano and thyme) 1 tbsp. l.
A little bit of balsamic vinegar to taste

Pumpkin cleaned from the skin (it can not do), cut into arbitrary slices, put on the laid paper baking pan.
Head of garlic divide into segments, cleaned and put in a pumpkin.
All salt and pepper, brush with olive oil (I did it with a brush), sprinkled with Provencal herbs and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Bake at 380F about 40 minutes, until tender.
It can be served as a side dish to meat dishes, as a separate dish or with grain bread, after brushing his mashed roasted garlic.
