Pumpkin seeds in honey with dried cranberries

The chemical composition of honey and pumpkin seeds makes them especially useful for men.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Art. raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds
1/2 Art. flaxseed meal (flaxseed)
1/3 Art. unsweetened dried cranberries
2 tbsp honey (vegan version: maple syrup)
1.5 tbsp cocoa butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation:

1. In a food processor, combine the pumpkin seeds and flaxseed.

2. Next, add the dried cranberries, honey (or maple syrup), coconut oil, cinnamon and mix.

3. Moisten your hands with water and form small balls.

4. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container — will be kept for several weeks.

The components of this simple formula not subject to heat treatment: all valuable micro- and macroelements, amino acids, vitamins contained in a biologically active state in a readily available form for absorption.
