PUMPKIN rolls with cinnamon and nuts.

Ingredients:

-Water — 1/4 stack.
-Dry yeast — 1 tbsp. l. without slides
-Milk — 1 1/2 stack.
-Butter — 285 g
-Sugar — 1/2 stack.
-Puree pumpkin — 450 ml
-Salt — 1 1/2 hours. L. + More pinch
-Flour — 5 1/2 stack.
-Brown sugar — 2 stack.
-Cinnamon — 2 h. L.
-Ginger — 1/2 hr. Liter.
-Walnut nutmeg — 1/2 hr. Liter.
-Walnut (chopped) — 2 stack.
-Powdered sugar — 2 1/2 stack.

Preparation:

For pumpkin puree cook for a couple of pumpkin or bake, and then pyuriruyte.
To prepare the dough pour yeast into the water and leave it for several minutes so that they were dissolved.
Meanwhile, over medium heat, melt 115g butter 1 stack. milk. Add 1/2 stack. white sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Allow the mixture to cool to warm (not hot!) To the touch and add the yeast and pumpkin puree. Stir.
Add 1 1/2 hours. L. salt, 5 stack. flour and knead the dough. If it is to stick to your hands, then add another 1/2 stack. flour (maybe a little more or a little less — see the dough). Cover the dough and leave for 1-3 hours approached.
Preheat oven to 190 c. Two with a diameter of 22 cm brush with butter.
For the filling, melt 115 g butter, add 1 stack. brown sugar and spices.
On the table, sprinkle with flour, roll out the dough into a rectangle, the thickness of a little more than 1 cm. Evenly distributed throughout the dough stuffing, leaving 1 cm test on the longer side. Sprinkle half of the nuts.
Roll the dough into a roll and zaschepit edge. Cut with a sharp knife or shears to 14-16 large pieces and place them in a circle cut up into prepared pan. Cover with towel and leave for 30 minutes to come.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until well browned. Ready muffins remove from oven and let them cool down for five minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: Melt 55g butter in half stack. milk. Add 1 stack. brown sugar and a pinch of salt, stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the powdered sugar.
A thick glaze pour still warm buns. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. (I’m nuts sprinkled on top instead of the pearl sugar.)
