Pumpkin-potato gratin

-700 g of potatoes
-150 g grated cheese optionally
-50 g grated Parmesan cheese
-250 ml low-fat cream
-100 ml pumpkin puree
-Cayenne pepper
-3 tablespoons chopped sage
-Salt and pepper to taste
-sage leaves for decoration

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Slice the potatoes very thin circles.
Grease 4 refractory molds with oil.
Put the potatoes into molds.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle about one tablespoon of the cheese of choice, ½ tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
Repeat another layer of potato ,.
Mix the cream and pumpkin puree, add cayenne pepper and sage. Pour a mixture of potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes.
