Pumpkin Pie with granola.  

Pumpkin Pie

130 g whole wheat
• 100 grams of white flour
• 1 h. L. baking powder
• 1 h. L. cinnamon
• 1/2 hours. L. ginger
• 150 g sugar
• 120g butter
• 1 tbsp. pumpkin puree
• 1 tbsp. granola
• 2 eggs

For the glaze:
2 tbsp. l. maple syrup
• 1 tbsp. l. rum or brandy
• 1/2 Art. caster sugar
Cooking method:
1.Razogreyte oven to 175 degrees. Grease and sprinkle with flour cake pans.

2. In a bowl, sift flour, both, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger.

3. In a food processor, beat the butter and sugar. One by one add the eggs. In several steps, enter the flour and pumpkin puree, alternating between them. Add granola.
4.Vylozhite batter into the pan and bake for about 35 minutes or check the readiness of the wand. Set aside to cool.

5.Tem time Stir all the ingredients for the glaze.

Pour it cooled cake.
