Recipe for 12 large or 24 small cake.


– 2 eggs,
– 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree,
– 220 g flour
– 110 g butter,
– 1 packet of vanilla sugar,
– 140 g of sugar,
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– a pinch of salt,
– 0.5 tsp baking soda,
– A handful of blueberries (I had frozen).

Cooking method:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Share shape muffin cuffs.

In one bowl mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon. In another mixing whisk the eggs, pumpkin puree and melted butter. Connect the two mixtures.

At the end, add the blueberries gently, you want a little powder on mukoy.
