Pumpkin fritters

Pumpkin fritters.

Fritters who does not like them? Only someone who does not know how to cook them. Pumpkin Fritters gets very tender, if the dough add a little yogurt and half a teaspoon of baking soda.

2 cups zucchini
1/2 cup yogurt
soda 1/2 hour. l.
salt 1/2 hours. l.
sugar to taste
Article 10 meal. l.

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. You can take one white zucchini and one zucchini pancakes so get even softer.
Stir in yogurt soda, leave for 5 minutes.
In squash, add salt, sugar, then the yogurt mix.
Pour the flour. Mix thoroughly.
Fry the Fritters on low heat, covered with 2 sides until golden brown. Serve with sour cream.
