PUMPKIN Biscotti

• 300 g white flour
• 200 grams of whole wheat
• 30 g butter
• 250g pumpkin puree
• 3 eggs
• 2 h. L. baking powder
• 1 h. L. cinnamon
• 1/2 hours. L. ginger
• 1/4 hours. L. nutmeg
• 2 h. L. vanilla extract
• a handful of toasted walnuts
• 150 grams of brown sugar

Cooking method:
1.Razogreyte oven to 175 degrees. Cover the baking parchment.

2.Rastopite oil. In a bowl, mix together the two flour, baking powder, spices.

3. In other beat the eggs with the sugar, add the mashed potatoes, butter and vanilla.

4.Soedinite dry ingredients to the liquid mass, add the nuts and knead the dough. Form a “sausage” of about 10 cm wide and 2 cm in height.
Bake for about 25 minutes.

5.Dayte cool.

Then cut it diagonally into slices about 1 cm thick.

Lay them on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
