Pumpkin, baked in the oven with dried fruits.
Ingredients:
-medium-sized pumpkin,
-handful of dried fruit (dried plums, cherries, apricots, apples, raisins);
-little walnut;
-teaspoon cinnamon;
-2-3 pcs. cloves;
-2 tbsp. tablespoons brown sugar or honey;
-2 tbsp. tablespoons rum.
Cooking process:
Wash and dry with a towel. With a sharp knife, cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds.
Place the seeds in place some dried fruit, nuts, sprinkle with sugar (or pour honey). In each half pumpkin pour Art. Roma and spoon 3-4 tablespoons. tablespoons of water. Add to fruit cloves and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Bake 1:00 (or more, depending on the size of the pumpkin) at a temperature of about 180 gr.S.
Serve pumpkin, imposing on a plate with dried pumpkin flesh, accompanied by a cup of coffee.
