Prawns in orange peel.


Shrimp – 450 g
Orange – 1 piece
Starch – 150g
Chili – 2 pieces
Olive oil – 100 g
Jelly (or jam), orange – 2 tbsp

Mix orange jam and juice of one orange. Cut the chili pepper rings, clean good grain. Then marinate the shrimp in the marinade for 15-20 minutes

Roll shrimp marinated in starch and fry in a pan with olive oil

After 5-7 minutes, pour the marinade into the pan of orange and jelly and let it crystallize. Transfer to a salad bowl and cool

The dish is ready.
