Potatoes with spinach.

-fresh or frozen spinach 250 g.
-medium sized potatoes 2 pc.
-1 medium-sized onion pieces.
-Garlic 5 pieces.
-2 cm ginger root to taste
-3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil. l.
-cumin seeds (jeera) 1 ch. l.
-Coriander 2 h. L.
-ground black pepper to taste
-ground cumin (cumin) 0.5 h. liter.
-salt to taste
-fatty cream 2 tbsp. l.
-butter 50g.
-ginger shavings to decorate to taste

Put the spinach in a pan and cook until tender.
Then drain the water, remove the spinach and grind in a blender.
Peeled and washed potatoes cut into small cubes.
Onions and garlic are cleaned from the husk, and chop finely.
The purified ginger root grate.
In a pan pour oil and heat, fry the potatoes until browned, put it in a separate bowl.
In the same pan fry the cumin seeds in a couple of minutes, add onion and garlic and grated ginger, stir fry for 2-3 minutes more.
Add chopped spinach to the pan, add coriander, black pepper and ground cumin. All mix, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add to the pan fried potatoes, salt to your liking.
Pour in the cream, add the butter and mix. Feeding on the table sprinkled with shavings of ginger.
