Potatoes with Lemon


for 2 persons:

6-8 medium potatoes
1 large lemon, a good wash
1 medium bunch of parsley (leaves only)
2 peeled garlic cloves
extra virgin olive oil or butter
freshly ground black pepper

Parsley wash, dry and finely chop together with two cloves of garlic. We cut the lemon peel and cut it into thin strips. From lemon juice to squeeze.
Lemon juice mixed with olive oil and lightly beaten by a halo in a separate bowl. Add salt, pepper, parsley, zest and garlic.
Potatoes are washed, folded into a pan with high sides and boil until cooked in their skins. Potatoes are a little cool, peel and cut into slices.
Immediately fill the prepared sauce, close the pan with a lid, and how to shake. Leave the potatoes for 20 minutes.
