Ingredients:
-Potatoes — 1 kg
-Zucchini — 700g
-Pepper — 2 pcs.
-Onions — 2 pcs.
-Bacon — 300g
-Cheese — 150 g
-Olive oil — 3 tbsp. l.
-Oregano — 20 g
-Salt pepper
Preparation:
1. Squash and potatoes thoroughly cleaned.
2. Zucchini slice them thinly thickness not exceeding 5 mm.
3. Potatoes cut into thin circles, salt and pepper and add the herbs.
4. Wash and cut the pepper into thin strips.
The form of grease and put half the potatoes.
5. Next, spread out a layer of zucchini, salt and pepper it.
6. Onions cut into rings and arrange with pepper.
7. Next, expand the cut slices of bacon.
8. The final layer of decomposed potato and sprinkle with grated cheese.
9. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
