Potatoes stuffed with mushrooms.

• 1 kg potatoes
• 0.5 kg of fresh mushrooms
• onion 1 clove
• 10 g of wheat flour
• butter or vegetable 30g
• breadcrumbs milled or grated cheese for sprinkling
• ground pepper, salt, herbs

Cooking method:
• Select medium-sized tubers smooth, rinse well, and bake in the skin, a little cool, clean. Shape the boats or lapotochkov.

• Boil fresh mushrooms without salt, drain the broth and from finely chop.

• For the sauce dry the flour until the smell of roasted nuts, cool, dilute a part of the mushroom broth to the consistency of liquid sour cream and boil.

• Finely chop onion, sauté in butter for 5-7 minutes, add the mushrooms and sauté all together. Season with salt, pepper, pour the mushroom sauce and mix.

• Fill the prepared potato meat. Place it on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and bake in the oven at 220 degrees until crisp.

• When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs potatoes.
