-Small red potatoes 1 kg.
-Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
-Onions (chopped) 4 tablespoons. l.
-Garlic (milled) 1 hr. L.
-Dried rosemary 1 ch. L.
-Dried Thyme 0.2 h. Liter.
-Dried Sage 0.2 h. Liter.
-Ground black pepper 0.5 h. Liter.
-Salt 0.2 h. L.

Preheat oven to 400A. Wash potatoes.
Cut potatoes into cubes the size of 2.5h2.5sm. Grease a baking tray with oil or its Cover the foil.
Put the potatoes in a bowl, pour it with olive oil, add chopped onion and garlic. Stir.
Then add the spices: rosemary, thyme, sage, pepper and salt.
Again, stir fries, and send it in the oven for 25-30 minutes. It should be soft inside with a crispy crust.
