Potatoes in Bombay (Indian cuisine).

You will need:
1 kg potato
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
100 gr. butter
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
0.5 tsp black pepper
chili pepper in taste
1 tsp fresh ginger
parsley
salt

How to cook:
1. Boil the potatoes. Ready potatoes cut into large cubes. Tomatoes into small cubes.
2. pan heat, add vegetable oil. In a frying pan add a grain of mustard, cumin, turmeric, coriander, black pepper, chili pepper. Warm spices over low heat.
3. Butter is put in a pan with the spices, add the ginger. Sauté a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
4. Put the potatoes in a frying pan and finely chopped parsley, salt and mix. Hold at heat for 5 minutes.
