Potatoes in a spicy cream sauce with cilantro

Today I want to offer you a very tasty and easy to prepare dish. I am sure that you will like the recipe for a long time to “settle” in your families!

Potatoes 5-6 pcs.
onion 1 piece.
2-3 cloves of garlic pieces.
Chili 1 pc.
paprika 1/2 hours. l.
turmeric 1/2 hour. l.
ginger 1/3 hours. l.
medium fat cream (or coconut milk) 1 cup
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
a bundle of green cilantro to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Chop the onion and garlic.
Chile cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, add the onion and chilli with chesnkom. Simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add spices and stir and cook for 1 minute over.
Add to the pan the potatoes and fry for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the cream, add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the pan with a lid. When the contents of the saucepan to boil reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Grind coriander. Remove pan from heat, add to the potatoes cilantro. Mix and ready to be served!
