— 6 medium potatoes
— 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
— 3 tablespoons of flour
— 2.5 cups milk
— 200 g grated cheese
— salt and pepper

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
On medium heat, heat the pan and melt the butter in it. In the melted butter, add flour and stir until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in milk and stir.

Remove the pan from the heat and pour the entire mixture into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, roll sliced ​​potatoes in a circle of salt and pepper. Arrange the slices on the pan our lap top and pour the potato milk mixture.

Between the layers of potatoes to wake up with grated cheese (all must go around with half the cheese). The second half sprinkle on top, season with salt and pepper.

Close the pan with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove the foil and hold the broiler for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
