Potatoes baked with parmesan.

This delicious potato crust flavored cheese can be eaten as a separate dish, and use as a garnish for meat.

-6 medium potato pieces.
-olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
-dry garlic powder 1/2 hours. l.
-salt 3/4 hours. l.
-Ground paprika 1.5 h. liter.
-ground black pepper 1/4 hours. l.
-grated Parmesan cheese 5 tablespoons. l.


Preheat the oven to 400F. Cut the potatoes into large cubes (cube side about 2 cm).

Arrange cubes of potatoes in baking dish and pour their olive oil.

In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients – freshly ground garlic, salt, paprika, black pepper, parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes.

Rub your hands with a mixture of potatoes so that each cube was covered from all sides.

Bake in the oven at 200C for about 45 minutes. During baking, stir fries 2-3 times shovel, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the form.

When serving you can sprinkle the potatoes with sea salt.
