Potatoes, baked with mushrooms and tomatoes



Potatoes kg -1
Hot pepper – to taste
Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.
Mushrooms -300 g
Cherry Tomatoes – 8 pcs.
Onion 1 piece.
Garlic – 3 cloves
sea ​​salt


1. Peel the potatoes and cut. Add salt and hot pepper, mix well. Preheat a frying pan and fry the olive oil over high heat, stirring occasionally, until soft.
2. Put fried potatoes in a refractory form.
3. On the remaining oil in a frying pan fry the onions, garlic and mushrooms.
4. Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the mushrooms and onions. Season with salt and pepper, add the dill.
5. Once the vegetable juice will pass them to the potatoes and put bake for 20 minutes in the oven
