Potato tortilla



5 potatoes
1 h. L. salt
4 eggs
2.1 h. L. salt
4.1 h. L. ground black pepper
125 ml cream
1/2 leek or onion
100 g feta
50 g of cheese
2 tomatoes

1. Wash and clean potatoes. Cut the potatoes into slices.

2. Grease a baking dish with oil, put layers of potatoes in the form of salt.

3. Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper, then add the sour cream. Stir until smooth.

4. Slice the onion rings.

5. Add the feta mixture, grated cheese and onion, stir slightly.

6. Fill in the form with all the potatoes on top and make another layer of tomatoes.

7. Send all in an oven preheated to 175C for about 40 minutes.
