Lightly fry the onion and bacon, 3-4 minutes.
Cheese rub on a coarse grater.
Potatoes are cooled, rub on a coarse grater.
Mix potatoes, egg, sour cream and a third of the cheese.
Grease a baking dish with oil. I shape silicone – I just sprinkled water.
We spread half of potato mass.
It put a layer of bacon, onions, mixed with the remaining cheese.
We spread a second layer of potatoes.
And put in the oven.
Bake at 380F degrees for about 40 minutes. The edges have browned casserole. A silicone mold they start to move away from the walls.
