POTATO SOUP WITH MUSHROOMS

Cooking method:
1. 6-8 large, floury potatoes, boil in salted water;
2. Rub through a sieve;
3. Spread the mashed potatoes with milk and knead until smooth, then mash dilute it with water to give the soup the desired thickness;
4. Cut the dried mushrooms, boil;
5. extinguish the mushrooms in butter with salt, pepper and onion;
6. Put it all in the soup, boil and serve with croutons, fried in oil.
