Potato salad Cretan


4 large tubers young potatoes,
2 onions,
1 lemon
1 cup pitted black olives,
6 tablespoons. l. olive oil,

1. Take a sheet of foil, fold in half and place on a baking sheet, laid so that one half could put the potatoes, and the second – to cover it.

2. Potatoes are not clean, and in a crude form of put onion and add the olives, bake everything in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

3. Peel onions and potatoes, cut into slices, put in a salad bowl, salt the, put the olives, pour salad oil and lemon juice, mix gently.
