Potato pie with cheese

Big potatoes – 3 pieces. (About 600 g)
Olive oil – 2-2,5 st. l.
Chicken sausages (in artificial casing) – 200-250 g

Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill) – 1 tbsp. l.
Feta – 100 g
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste


The basis:
Peel the potatoes.
