Potato gratin with minced turkey.

Hearty and very tasty casserole – if we add a light salad, you get a full dinner.

You will need:

400g minced turkey
2 cloves garlic
600 g of potatoes
1 onion
2 eggs
150 g sour cream
1 cup flour
1 cup grated cheese
red pepper to taste
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
butter for greasing form

How to cook:

1. Place the minced turkey in a bowl, peel the garlic and squeeze it into the stuffing. Season with salt, black pepper and paprika to taste and stir. There also add the egg, sour cream and 1/4 cup flour and mix well.

2. Peel the potatoes and grate it on a coarse grater on. In the same capacity grate the onion. Put the grated potatoes and onions in a colander and put the colander in a bowl for 10-15 minutes, to stack the extra juice.

3. Transfer potatoes and onions back into the bowl, add the remaining eggs and season with black pepper and salt, mix well. Add remaining 3/4 cup flour and knead the dough.

4. Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a split mold for baking oil, put the dough in the shape of a spoon and make bumpers.

5. Put the stuffing with a spoon in the middle of a potato base and smooth out.

6. Put the form in the oven for 45 minutes, then remove (turn off the oven).

7. Sprinkle the cake with grated cheese and put back into the oven for another 15 minutes.

8. Remove the cake from the mold ready, cut into slices and serve hot.
