750-100 g fillet of fish (sea bass, tilapia, cod, pollock, salmon, salmon and the like)
3-4 medium carrots
1 medium onion (or more than the average)
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 – 1 ½ cup green peas (you can take the ice cream, do not defrost)
3-4 cups of mashed potatoes
150-175 g of cheese cream Philadelphia, Village or Home / Cottage cheese, fresh Mexican (can be simplified and replaced by cream)
Ground black pepper
Olive oil

COOKING METHOD Potato gratin fish:

1) Preheat the oven to 190-200 C (390-400 F).

2) The fish is cut into small pieces. Carrots grate or cut into small cubes or cubes. Bow nashinkovt or cut in small squares. Garlic finely chop.

3) Mashed potatoes mixed with cheese

4) In a frying pan heat the olive oil, add the onion and sauté about 7 minutes. Add garlic, carrots, salt, black pepper, and sauté about 7 minutes. Vegetables should be ready.

8) Pour a layer of green peas

9) Cover with mashed potatoes. Smooth and seamless to make a fork or a spoon

10) Put in the oven. Bake about 30 minutes until golden brown

11) Remove from the oven. Let stand for about 5 minutes. During this time gratin “grab” and will not fall apart when overlaying. Potato gratin fish is ready!
