Potato fritters with mushroom gravy.

-1 kg of potatoes.
-Wheat flour 100g.
-Vegetable oil 50 g.
-Soda 3 c.
-Salt to taste
-Dried mushrooms Gravy 50 c.
-Flour Gravy 25 c.
-Bow Gravy 20 c.
-Salt Gravy taste

Clean and rub the potatoes on a grater
Mix the flour, baking soda, salt until uniform.
In a frying pan fry the pancakes on highly hot oil.
Rinse mushrooms, for 2-3 hours to fill with water, then boil.
Butter fry flour, pour in the remaining 2 cups of boiling mushroom broth, boil everything for 10-15 minutes.
Finely chop the onion in vegetable oil to fry it, put the mushrooms, salt the, fry for a few minutes, add the mixture to the gravy, boil.
Serve fritters with mushroom sauce hot.
