Potato country style with red fish.

-Potatoes 450g.
-Any smoked fish 200 gr.
-Sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
-Bunch of parsley to taste
-A bunch of mint to taste
-Juice of 1/2 lemon to taste
-Sugar 1 hour. L.
-Paprika 1/2 hours. L.
-Black pepper 1/2 hours. L.
-Olive oil Article 5. l.
-Salt to taste

Coarsely chopped potatoes, put on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with sunflower oil and bake in the oven, preheated to 400F degrees for 20 minutes.
While the potatoes are baked, prepare the sauce. The leaves of mint and parsley finely chopped, add the olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, paprika and salt.
Grind the resulting mass with the help of a blender.
Add the sauce to the potatoes and place in oven for 5-7 minutes shte.
The fish is cut into small pieces and arrange on top of potatoes. Put in the oven for another 5 minutes.
