Potato casserole with meat balls

500 g of finished ground beef,
1 kg of potatoes,
200-300 g cherry tomatoes,
2 eggs,
1 large onion,
1 carrot,
3 cloves garlic,
3 tbsp. spoons of semolina,
5 Art. spoons of mayonnaise,
1 tsp. Turmeric
2 tsp. Mustard
salt and pepper – to taste
a small bunch of dill,
vegetable oil.

1. Passeruem in vegetable oil finely chopped onion, crushed garlic and grated carrots on a medium grater, all sprinkled with turmeric. Give a little bit cool.
2. Raw potatoes cleanse and rub on a grater. We connect with mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, semolina, salt, pepper, chopped herbs and stir. Add to potato mixture zazharku of carrots, onions and garlic, all mixed thoroughly. From stuffing soaked in water hands forming balls (meatballs).
3. Mass lay in a greased form and level. On the surface, gently pushing evenly spread the meat balls and cherry tomatoes.
4. Put the form in the preheated 180 ° C oven and bake until done.
